Located on a corner in busy downtown, this 50,000 sq. ft. development will provide multiple retail spaces on the ground floor and 30 residential apartments on the upper floors. The unique site conditions also gave us the opportunity to introduce off street parking for the residents in a basement level. This project is just getting underway and should be completed in the fall of 2022.
